Vircon32 is a virtual 32-bit game console. Its features mostly correspond to the 32/64 bit generation of home consoles: 4 gamepads, memory card, CD-quality sound... Note, though, that this console was designed to be as simple as possible to make game creation easier. For this reason its graphic chip only features 2D drawing.
